Enrico Sellan


Enrico Sellan was born in Rome on July 10, 1971. It all started with a great career in the junior tennis, where he conquered several trophies in the doubles category, playing also the Italian Under 18 Championship final. Winner of a national tournament in B division – always in the doubles – he reached number 817 ATP ranking in singles and number 605 in doubles. In summer 1992, he is number 1 in the world Monica Sales’ sparring partner, experience he repeated at Italian Open with several players, such as Stefan Edberg, Thomas Muster and Robby Ginepri. 

Teacher at the Evert Tennis Academy in Boca Raton (Florida), in 1998 he moved back to Rome, where he became co-head of Circolo Magistrati della Corte dei Conti professional category, then ASD R70 technical director and finally Circolo Canottieri Roma technical director. He is FIT National Teacher and International Coach at Global Professional Tennis Coach Association, ATP certified.
